ABOUT THE POSITION:

In this part-time, home-based position, you will be handling inbound calls from prospective guests who are interested in booking a vacation and want more details about the specific property they have in mind. Calls are consultative in nature with the goal of helping and guiding the guest to book his/her stay. Once you successfully book a guest, you earn a commission on top of your hourly base rate. The more guests you book, the more money you make!

$20/Hr. Working from Home as a Care Coordinator with Wellthy – Laptop Provided + Benefits

Wellthy — a chronic and elder care concierge that helps manage healthcare for families with sick and aging loved ones — is looking for Virtual Care Coordinators. Pays $20/hr. Mac laptop and training provided, benefits for full-time. No state hiring restrictions mentioned.

In the past, these positions were part-time with the opportunity to move to full-time based on performance. We assume that’s still true, but it’s not official. We’ll update if we hear more.

Care Coordinator Role

“In the Care Coordinator role, you will work directly with families and individuals all over the US to address their unique care needs. Tasks could include anything from helping them organize a care plan, finding the right provider, managing medical bills, making appointments, tracking medications, vetting facilities, navigating insurance, medical bills, and more. You will report to a Care Manager and partner closely with Care Associates to complete daily tasks.”

You will drive the following efforts

  • Help customers (Care Team) using your expertise, skills, and judgement to advise, research, coordinate, and “get done” any healthcare-related tasks
  • Support with improving and updating Wellthy guides and Community Resources
  • Occasionally represent Wellthy at virtual events such as health fairs and open enrollments
  • Other non-client-specific work including, but not limited to: supporting other service team members, feedback and suggestions related to Wellthy’s product, service, marketing, and guides

Who we’re looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree required, healthcare-related and/or advanced degrees are a plus
  • 2+ years work experience in healthcare / caregiving required, 6+ years preferred
  • Proficiency in more than one language is a plus
  • Proficiency with macOS systems, GSuite, Slack, and 1Password
  • Monday to Friday, daytime availability

Location

This is a remote position, so you can work from any location that is:

  • Private, with secure (not public) internet and phone access
  • Suitable to safely and securely accommodate the sensitive information that you will be handling and communicating

Training and certification

In the first two weeks as a Care Coordinator, you will go through a training program that includes hands-on work. You will then have the chance to show us you are ready by passing the Wellthy Certification, demonstrating proficiency in:

  • Technical knowledge
  • Use of the Wellthy platform
  • Customer service
  • The Wellthy way of communicating

“Drivers Wanted!” Drive the Oscar Mayer Wienermobile – Gig of a Lifetime!

It’s not every day we get to post about something like this. You may have seen the Wienermobile (if you haven’t, you can only relish the possibility! Heh heh). Well, now’s a chance to drive it for a whole year, and get paid, and see the country, too!

Oscar Mayer is looking for people to drive their famous car. If you cut the mustard, of course. Heyo! (Everybody’s making these condiment jokes. Please just roll with it!)

It’s a one-year position, driving coast to coast. “Competitive salary, plus expenses, benefits, and team apparel.”

If you know any college grads or seniors — or you’re one yourself — apply or share quickly if interested! Last year, the deadline for applications was Jan. 31. It isn’t mentioned this time, but you should probably assume the openings won’t last long.

Here’s an excerpt in their own words:

“Have you always dreamed of working with hot dogs? Well, look no further. All of your hot dog dreams just came true. We could say ‘drivers wanted,’ but what we really mean is WIENERMOBILE navigators ready to deliver unlimited joy to thousands of people every single day.

“We need outgoing, creative, friendly, enthusiastic, graduating college seniors [or grads — scroll down in their description] who have an appetite for adventure and are willing to see the country through the windshield of the Oscar Mayer Wienermobile. Applicants should have a BA or BS, preferably in public relations, journalism, communications, advertising, or marketing, though applicants are not limited to these degrees.”

“Where? – The Hot Dog Highways of America. Wienermobile vehicles travel through all regions of the country visiting big cities and small towns alike, bringing miles of smiles to millions.”
