In this role, you will verify program eligibility, complete assessments, obtain member payment responsibilities, coordinate appointment scheduling, and provide appropriate program navigation and technical support.

Remote Worker Considerations

Candidates who are selected for this position will be trained remotely and must be able to work from home (WFH) in a designated work area with company-provided technology equipment. This remote/WFH position requires you have a stable connection to your Internet Service Provider with the ability to participate by video in online meetings over a reliable and consistent network (minimum internet download of 50 Mbps and 10 Mbps upload speed).

Responsibilities

  • Coordinates intake, navigation services, and administrative support for Virtual Physical Therapy and Fall Prevention program:
  • Receives and responds to telephone calls, greeting members with a courteous, welcoming manner and offering an introduction and pertinent information.
  • Utilizes defined criteria to determine member qualification for applicable programs.
  • Gathers detailed and accurate information and enters data into company electronic systems and communication logs, including a triage survey.
  • Schedules or reschedules, new and recurring member appointments by navigating state specific licensure requirements and applicable time zone preferences.
  • Coordinates the collection of pre-visit information, including member cost share or payment when necessary.
  • Reviews with member the requirements for a successful Virtual Physical Therapy session or Fall Prevention Assessment, including necessary equipment and secured internet connection, and assists with technical support as needed.
  • Manages time to ensure calls are answered within required time frames and appropriate follow up is conducted in a timely manner.
  • Maintains thorough, up-to-date and confidential records regarding member experience.
  • Exercises strict confidentiality in all matters relating to the member experience.
  • Maintains safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following all legal and compliance requirements.
  • Attends and participates in employee and company meetings to discuss issues and foster teamwork among department personnel.
  • Assists with administrative duties related to the Virtual Physical Therapist recruitment process:
  • Maintains organization of shared inboxes, uploads relevant candidate documentation to a shared drive for further review.
  • Coordinates new candidate screenings and exams as part of the application process.
  • Schedules candidate interviews with consideration of Clinical Leadership’s availability.
  • Collects and processes required license and certification documentations from newly onboarded Physical Therapist.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma required.
  • Minimum 1 year experience with Call Center or Customer Service operations, preferably in a Managed Care or Health Care environment.
  • Three years general office experience including administrative support and project management, preferred.
  • Computer proficiency in MS Office; Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint experience required.

  • Implement revenue management practices, driving accountability and alignment of operations and financial goals; revenue retention and growth strategies which include value realization, renewal execution, risk management and customer growth/expansion
  • Communicate, escalate, and drive mitigation plans cross-functionally to de-risk accounts, handle urgent customer concerns and escalate internally when necessary (i.e., Service Improvement Plans)
  • Partner with sales, delivery & support to ensure successful deployment of solutions and services including periodic first bill reviews and audits to minimize billing disputes
  • Leverage renewals to influence customer technology evolution while incorporating on-net migrations that improve Lumen profit margins (Renewal and re-rate implementation via contract end-date management)

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience: At least 2 years in customer success or account management

The starting salary for this role differs based on the employee’s primary work location. Employees typically do not start at the top of the range, though compensation depends on each individual’s qualifications.

$33670 – $44890 in these states: AR, ID, KY, LA, ME, MS, NE, SC, and SD.
$35440 – $47250 in these states: AZ, AL, FL, GA, IN, IA, KS, MO, MT, NM, ND, OH, OK, PA, TN, UT, VT, WV, WI, and WY.
$37220 – $49620 in these states: CO, HI, MI, MN, NV, NH, NC, OR, and RI.
$38990 – $51980 in these states: AK, CA, CT, DE, DC, IL, MD, MA, NJ, NY, TX, VA, and WA.

As with the pay range variety that’s based on the region of a country, specific offers are determined by various factors such as experience, education, skills, certifications and other business needs.

Remote Customer Service Representative Roles With Liberty Mutual: $41,400-$51,900/Yr.

Liberty Mutual is now hiring Remote Customer Service Representatives from across the United States (except for AZ, AK, AL, CA, HI, GA, KY, IL, MD, MT, NY, and D.C.)!

Our hours of operation are from Monday through Sunday, 7:00 am-12:15 am PST. We support our customers 24 hours a day/7 day a week/365 days a year, so our customer service representatives need to be flexible to work within the hours of operation, plus weekends and holidays. All schedules will include at least one weekend day (Saturday and/or Sunday) each week.

Paid Training: Mandatory attendance is critical to your success and as such is required for the duration of training and performance will be continually assessed throughout. Training is Monday-Friday for these hours within your particular time zone:

  • 7:00 AM-3:45 PM PST
  • 8:00 AM-4:45 PM MST
  • 9:00 AM-5:45 PM CST
  • 10:00 AM-6:45 PM EST

(40 hours per week) for approximately 14 weeks.

The salary range for this position is $41,400 – $51,900 and depends on where you live in the country.

Responsibilities:

  • Working in a fast-paced call center environment taking inbound phone calls back-to-back with a structured schedule
  • Held to high standards to meet/exceed targeted metrics and objectives related to schedule adherence, call handling time, and lead generation
  • Interprets policy contracts to insured based on expert knowledge of personal lines auto products
  • Understands aspects of billing systems as it pertains to policy coverage
  • Identifies and communicates transactions and impact to the policy premium
  • Evaluates and makes decisions regarding exceptions to payment plan and fees
  • Proficiently utilizes online reference materials relating to auto policies to provide confident, accurate, and efficient
  • Develops and maintains product, procedural, and technical systems knowledge
  • Completes licensing and continuing education requirements
  • Delivers expertise by identifying and analyzing customer and agent needs to ensure high satisfaction, growth, and retention of business
  • Provides counsel, guidance, and suggestions to our customers to adequately cover and protect what they value most. This is done by using upselling and cross-selling sales skills to educate customers and agents on new and existing insurance products & services
  • Maintains and tracks accurate data in various computer systems

Qualifications

  • Ability to be licensed in 50 states
  • Associate’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent training recommended
  • Minimum of 18 months’ work experience required in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to review, record and organize written data from a variety of sources with no pre-established format
  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills and the capacity to multi-task in a structured work environment are required
  • Proficiency with computers is mandatory
  • Knowledge and ability to use Microsoft Office tools is necessary
