  • Must demonstrate the ability to perform the different tasks they have been trained for in the call center. The retention of this knowledge is a critical part of cross training the call center personnel

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an hourly rate of 17 – 18 USD / hourly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.

Just wanted to share another success story. I actually have two. I was first hired by Telus during Covid and continued for a year until my contract ran out.

Then this past April I started working for Rev.com. I enjoy transcribing for them and can work when I want for as little or as much as I want.

I saw today’s posting and I thought I’d let ya’ll know what a blessing you’ve been to me. When I got serious about working from home, I had 3 offers on the table.
