Carenet Health, a subsidiary of Rite Aid, is looking for one or more Remote Radiology Schedulers to handle appointments for mammograms, ultrasounds, MRIs, and CT scans.

In this role, you will schedule radiology appointments such as Breast Imaging, Dexa, Injections, MRI, CT, Ultrasounds and Fluoroscopy. You will also handle questions and concerns regarding patient imaging needs, and document all patient/member interactions via management software.
Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED/equivalent, general knowledge of Windows PC, Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel, and be able to type 40 words per minute.
Pay starts at $16/hr.
Hiring in the United States, no state hiring restrictions mentioned.

A typical week in the life of this position:
- Schedule radiology appointments such as Breast Imaging, Dexa, Injections, MRI, CT, Ultrasounds and Fluoroscopy
- Handle questions and concerns regarding patient imaging needs
- Document all patient/member interactions via management software
- Using excellent communication and multitasking skills, responds timely to customer inquiries and process requests, according to established standards with attention to style, tone, and manner of communication
- Must be able to research customer issues and find workable solutions
- Can identify and understand customer needs; quickly gain customer trust and confidence while maintaining effective relationships with customers; takes appropriate actions to ensure customer needs are met and proactively searches for ways to increase customer satisfaction
- Manage through multiple and competing priorities.
- Determines the appropriate process to accomplish tasks while eliminating roadblocks, changing work behavior as needed to accommodate changing demands.
- Competency working in multiple systems, such as Carenet CRM, client(s) CRM, Teams, Outlook, etc.
- Ability and willingness to cross-train on other products and clients
- Perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned
- Participate in coaching sessions, while being open to all feedback provided to improve performance
Qualifications
- High School diploma/GED or equivalent
- Six or more months of general business experience, preferably in a customer service environment, or the equivalent in related work experience
- Demonstrates the ability to type a minimum of 40 wpm
- Demonstrates general knowledge of Windows PC, Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel, CIB,Tower, and BSA
- Demonstrates problem-solving skills
- Amenable to 10am CST schedule
- Must have reliable internet connection (Satellite and 5G connections are not acceptable)
