These TurboTax opportunities have been a favorite with US-based agents, and now Working Solutions has expended to Canada!

Although this is a seasonal program, it’s a great way to get your foot in the door with Working Solutions and you can always hop on other contracts to continue working with the company.

THE OPPORTUNITIES AT-A-GLANCE

#1 Customer Support Representative, TurboTax

Number of Agents Needed: 600+

Responsibilities:

Provide phone-based customer support with video chat capability.
Assist with software navigation, locating prior returns, and escalating issues when needed.

Compensation:

Earn up to $15.60 USD per hour
All currency is listed and paid in USD

Schedule:

This is a seasonal contract that runs through Tax Day, April 30th 2025.
Flexible schedule opportunities – you create your own schedule within program hours.
- Program is open 7am – 11pm CST, Monday-Sunday
- Morning, Evening, Weekday, Weekend hours available!

#2 Bilingual (French/English) Social Media Support, TurboTax

Non-phone, non-camera opportunity!

Number of Agents Needed: 100+

Responsibilities:

Address customer concerns through social media and digital channels.
Utilize bilingual communication skills to deliver professional and empathetic support.

Compensation:

Earn up to $18.60 USD per hour
All currency is listed and paid in USD

Schedule:

This is a seasonal contract that runs through Tax Day 2025.
Flexible schedule opportunities – you create your own schedule within program hours.
- Monday – Friday 8:00AM – 5:00PM CST

Technology Requirements for Both Opportunities

Personal computer (no tablet)
Broadband internet connection, recommended at least 10 MBPS
Wired internet connection (no wi-fi or mobile internet)
Windows 10 or Windows 11 operating system
Valid antivirus software installed, running and up to date
Mac users: Mac acceptance is limited to Intel-based machines with Windows 11 installed via Apple’s Boot Camp utility.

For opportunity #1, you will also need:

- USB headset with microphone
- A webcam will be loaned to each contractor to be used for the duration of the contract.
