In this role, you’ll work full-time, fully remote, supporting users via email/chat/phone to troubleshoot issues, educate on product usage, and ensure positive customer experiences. Daily work includes responding to inquiries, guiding customers through solutions, and using HubSpot tools to resolve technical or account questions.
This position is strong for early- to mid-career professionals with customer service background, some technical familiarity (CRM/Help Desk tools), and a passion for helping users succeed.

Deliver remote support to HubSpot customers that helps them solve product questions and issues effectively.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer support inquiries via remote channels (email/chat/phone).
- Troubleshoot product issues and guide users through solutions.
- Educate customers on HubSpot features and platform use.
- Work weekday shifts. Hours depending on location. There will be at least 6 weekend shifts per year in addition to your weekday shifts. Overtime and holiday shifts are optional
Relevant Experience & Skills
- Customer service or support experience preferred.
- Basic technical aptitude, familiarity with CRM or help desk tools advantageous.
- HubSpot platform experience beneficial but not always required.
Compensation & Benefits
The estimated compensation for this role is $40,000 – $55,000/yr. + eligibility for equity plan and overtime pay.
