Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional service to members via email and chat.
  • Provide accurate information about Public’s features and services.
  • Collaborate with Legal, Operations, and Compliance teams.
  • Conduct research into complex member escalations.
  • Share member feedback with Product and Engineering teams.
  • Coverage on Saturday and Sunday, with a flexible weekday schedule.

Relevant Experience & Skills

  • Experience as a Customer Escalation Specialist in financial services.
  • Fully licensed with Series 7 and 63.
  • Ability to conduct advanced research into trade disputes.
  • High comfort level with technology and member service.
  • Independent and creative problem-solving skills.

Compensation & Benefits

The estimated compensation for this role is $65,000 – $85,000/yr. (Estimated based on comparable member support specialist roles. Actual pay may vary).
