Fuze Health is a digital healthcare platform combining LetsGetChecked, Truepill, and Alto Pharmacy to modernize patient access and pharmacy services.

This fully remote Patient Experience Coordinator role supports FuzeRx’s Central Operations team by managing patient communication, resolving prescription and claims issues, and ensuring accurate billing and prior authorization processes.

Day-to-day work includes responding to inbound calls and messages, troubleshooting pharmacy claims, verifying insurance benefits, submitting prior authorizations, and coordinating copay assistance programs. This role is best suited for entry-to-early-career professionals with at least one year of customer service experience (healthcare or pharmacy preferred) who are detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to patient inquiries via phone and messaging systems
  • Review and resolve escalated pharmacy order issues
  • Verify insurance coverage and conduct benefits investigations
  • Submit prior authorizations in accordance with payer guidelines
  • Manage claims adjudication and resolve rejected/denied claims
  • Coordinate copay assistance and financial support programs
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure operational efficiency

Relevant Experience & Skills

  • 1+ year customer service experience (healthcare/pharmacy preferred)
  • Experience handling inbound calls and patient communications
  • Knowledge of pharmacy billing, claims, or benefits investigation (preferred)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work with complex systems in a remote setting
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
  • High School Diploma or GED required

Compensation & Benefits

The estimated compensation for this role is $19.00 – $22.00/hr. + benefits.
