What Your Day Will Look Like
As an Associate Manager in QA Strategy & Operations, your day will involve designing and implementing AI-led quality programs. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine AI signal accuracy and ensure effective QA system governance. Your responsibilities will include translating complex quality issues into structured solutions and influencing the QA technology roadmap.
Responsibilities & Expectations
- Design AI Systems: Lead the design and implementation of AI-led quality programs.
- Enhance Signal Accuracy: Collaborate with ML teams to improve precision and reduce false positives/negatives.

Compensation & Benefits
The estimated compensation for this role is $95,200 – $140,000/yr. based on experience.
