As described by the company, Care Solutions Consultants guide families and potential clients through their first conversations about in-home, non-medical care. Consultants connect with leads primarily by phone—along with email, chat, and text—to understand their needs and explain how Home Instead can support aging well at home.

Job Responsibilities

Manage high-volume inbound and outbound calls (80–95 per day) with prospective clients and their families.
Listen closely to identify care needs and align them with appropriate solutions.
Explain services clearly, request commitment, and schedule follow-up consultations.
Meet or exceed daily and monthly metrics including call volume, conversions, and quality.
Use CRM systems such as Salesforce to track activity and manage follow-ups.
Work one consistent schedule and participate in an every-fourth-weekend rotation.
Attend mandatory three-week virtual training with on-camera participation.

Requirements

3+ years of inbound and outbound phone-based sales or customer service experience.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
High-volume call center experience.
Strong communication skills with the ability to balance empathy and confident sales execution.
Ability to work in a performance-driven, goal-oriented environment.
Time-management skills and comfort working remotely as part of a virtual team.
Experience in home care, senior services, or healthcare is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

Hourly pay range of $19.90–$22.10.
Tiered monthly bonus structure starting at $300 for achieving 100% of monthly targets; additional earnings available for exceeding goals.
