Cardinal Health Customer Service Operations provides outsourced services related to medical billing, reimbursement, and order placement. This role focuses on answering about 60-80 calls daily from customers and caregivers regarding medical supplies, processing orders, and handling inquiries in a compliant, efficient manner.
Job Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls regarding medical supplies orders

Process new and reorder requests, including insurance billing and payment collection

Navigate multiple computer systems and consult supervisors on complex issues

Communicate clearly about order delays and problem resolutions

Interpret insurance terminology for customers

Maintain professionalism and empathy throughout interactions
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

2-4 years call center experience in a fast-paced environment

Remote work experience preferred

Familiarity with Microsoft Office and order systems preferred

Strong phone and active listening skills

Ability to meet call center metrics and handle high call volumes

Reliable high-speed wired internet meeting specified requirements
