As a Customer Support Specialist, you’ll be part of Roadie’s frontline support team, handling inbound inquiries and issues via phone, email, and text, proactively monitoring delivery progress, and helping resolve delivery concerns with professionalism and empathy. Respond to customer questions and delivery issues via phone, email, and text to ensure smooth experiences on Roadie’s delivery platform.
Responsibilities
- Provide phone, email, and text-based support to Roadie customers, partners, and users.
- Address customer concerns politely using active listening and problem solving.
- Proactively monitor in-progress deliveries and take corrective action when necessary.
- Manage non-standard delivery situations with professionalism and urgency.
- Log interactions accurately in Salesforce and collaborate with internal teams.
Relevant Experience & Skills
- 2+ years of customer service experience, ideally in technology or logistics.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to change.
Compensation & Benefits
The estimated compensation for this role is $41,000 – $57,000/yr. + benefits and WFH stipend (Pay is estimated based on Glassdoor salary submissions for Customer Support Specialists at Roadie).
