SeatGeek operates a mobile-first ticketing and event technology platform that simplifies live event discovery and commerce across sports, concerts, and more.

In this role you’ll serve as a strategic partner to a portfolio of clients, lead business reviews, unlock value through data insights, and help drive product adoption and commercial outcomes. You’ll spend time managing relationships, analyzing usage and financial data, and may travel up to ~25–30% to client events.

This role is best suited for mid-career candidates with 4+ years in client success, account management, consulting, or similar, ideally in SaaS, tech, or entertainment; remote eligible across the U.S. with travel expectations

Support SeatGeek’s partners by driving strategic adoption, revenue growth, and long-term client success outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic partner, aligning SeatGeek technology with client business goals.
  • Identify and execute opportunities across product adoption and commercial performance.
  • Lead business reviews and deliver insights supporting renewals and adoption.
  • Manage communication and build trust with a portfolio of clients.
  • Travel to support client engagement as needed (~25–30%).
  • Analyze product usage and financial data to guide decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on internal projects and planning.

Relevant Experience & Skills

  • 4+ years in client-facing roles (customer success, account management, consulting, partnerships) in SaaS, tech, or related.
  • Track record of driving measurable client outcomes.
  • Commercial and financial acumen impacting business performance.
  • Experience with data analysis tools (Looker, Excel, Google Suite).
  • (Preferred) Experience in sports or ticketing.

Compensation & Benefits

The expected compensation for this role is $110,000 – $130,000/yr. + bonus based on performance.
