This role works directly with customers and internal teams to accelerate adoption of core Zoom products (e.g., Zoom Phone, Contact Center, AI Companion), deliver customer-facing sessions (office hours, deep dives, workshops), and build scalable educational resources to drive usage and success. It’s best suited for mid-career candidates with strong product adoption, customer success, or enablement experience who enjoy engaging with customers and influencing product outcomes. This is a full-time remote position across the U.S. with compensation driven by base, bonus, and equity.

Serve as the expert liaison for Zoom products, joining customer engagements and scaling adoption through workshop facilitation and strategic enablement.
Responsibilities
- Serve as product subject matter expert for assigned Zoom solutions (e.g., Phone, Contact Center, AI).
- Join customer calls and workshops to map use cases and drive adoption.
- Partner with Customer Success and Onboarding teams during launch and integration phases.
- Deliver customer-facing sessions, office hours, and deep dives.
- Develop scalable assets (playbooks, micro-learnings, webinars).
- Provide strategic product feedback from adoption patterns and blockers.
Relevant Experience & Skills
- Experience supporting customer-facing initiatives in SaaS, enablement, product training, onboarding, or customer success roles.
- Comfortable engaging with customers directly in group settings and 1:1 discussions.
- Familiarity with program or project coordination in fast-moving technical environments.
- Able to partner with Customer Success, Product, and Training teams.
- Delivering workshops, collecting insights, and translating customer needs into program improvements.
- Creating repeatable enablement and adoption resources.
Compensation & Benefits
The estimated compensation for this role is $76,800 – $186,200/yr.
