Responsibilities

  • Communicate appointment details and instructions clearly
  • Resolve scheduling conflicts and patient inquiries
  • Conduct follow-up calls and appointment reminders
  • Maintain documentation of all patient interactions

Relevant Experience & Skills

  • 1 year customer service experience (call center preferred)
  • Strong phone demeanor and communication skills
  • Experience with EMR documentation preferred
  • Proficient PC skills (Google Suite, Microsoft Excel)
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Spanish, Mandarin, Cantonese, or Polish language skills preferred
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Some undergraduate education preferred

Compensation & Benefits

The estimated compensation for this role is $17.00 – $34.15/hour + benefits including medical plan options, a 401(k) plan and an employee stock purchase plan.
