Provide remote patient scheduling support and customer service within a 24/7 healthcare contact center.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to schedule, reschedule, or cancel appointments
- Enter and maintain accurate patient data in scheduling systems
- Communicate appointment details and instructions clearly
- Resolve scheduling conflicts and patient inquiries
- Conduct follow-up calls and appointment reminders
- Maintain documentation of all patient interactions
Relevant Experience & Skills
- 1 year customer service experience (call center preferred)
- Strong phone demeanor and communication skills
- Experience with EMR documentation preferred
- Proficient PC skills (Google Suite, Microsoft Excel)
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Spanish, Mandarin, Cantonese, or Polish language skills preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Some undergraduate education preferred
Compensation & Benefits
The estimated compensation for this role is $17.00 – $34.15/hour + benefits including medical plan options, a 401(k) plan and an employee stock purchase plan.
