This role supports its Customer Service Workforce Management team by providing data-driven insights that improve staffing, forecasting, and operational efficiency. Day-to-day work includes analyzing complex workforce data, building dashboards, monitoring key metrics like forecast accuracy and attrition, and supporting strategic workforce initiatives.

This role is best suited for early-career analysts (1–3 years of experience) with strong Excel, SQL, and data visualization skills who enjoy operational analytics and cross-functional collaboration.This is a fully remote position open to U.S.-based candidates.

Provide analytical and program support to optimize Customer Service workforce planning and performance.

Responsibilities

Collect and analyze workforce data from internal and external sources.
Develop recurring reports and dashboards on staffing, productivity, and forecast accuracy.
Monitor key metrics and investigate performance trends.
Prepare executive-ready presentations translating data into actionable insights.
Collaborate with Operations, Finance, and cross-functional partners.

Relevant Experience & Skills

1–3 years in data analysis, workforce management, or business analysis
Advanced Excel and SQL experience
Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar visualization tools
Strong PowerPoint presentation skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Compensation & Benefits

The estimated compensation for this role is $85,000 – $115,000/year + benefits including Health Plans, Mental Health support, a 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer match.
