Just wanted to share another success story. I actually have two. I was first hired by Telus during Covid and continued for a year until my contract ran out.

Then this past April I started working for Rev.com. I enjoy transcribing for them and can work when I want for as little or as much as I want.

I saw today’s posting and I thought I’d let ya’ll know what a blessing you’ve been to me. When I got serious about working from home, I had 3 offers on the table.

Last year I worked with Omni [Interactions] through tax season as a side gig and working for Concentrix full time, and just recently started doing narrating for ACX for several authors already — I’m on my 12th book in 2 months. Best part of that, I’m getting paid to use the voice God gave me for ministry in the books I’ve been offered.

I just wanted to come and tell you guys my story. Around June of last year 2022 I started searching slowly for jobs on this platform. I only applied for those I was interested in. I believe it was around September I ended up applying for PNC Bank through y’all and forgot about it. I received a call in October and started training in November.

Just letting you know your list led me to be hired at Concentrix two + months ago and it has become a solid job. You might want to warn your readers that this quickly became a sales job mixed with tech support despite them saying it was optional during training. 700+ Work at Home Jobs with Nonprofit Organizations

Many nonprofit organizations have embraced the work from home concept. As a result, there’s a wide variety of jobs available in the non-profit sector at any given time.

One of our favorite sources for nonprofit jobs is Idealist.org.

The Idealist.org site focuses on connecting people who want to do good (“Idealists”) with opportunities for action and collaboration. This includes posting job openings for thousands of nonprofits.

The openings can run from basic administrative support to senior management roles. The job selection is always changing, so if you don’t see something today that you like, be sure to check back later.

To see all of the remote positions currently listed, just follow these directions:

CLICK HERE, then:

1. In the left column, under the “Location” options, check the “Remote” box.

2. The site will search automatically, and you should see 700+ openings on the right.

3. You can refine your search by selecting even more options from the menus on the left side of the page. Those options include Job Function, Issue Areas, Education Level, Experience Level, Job Type, Org Type, and Listing Language.

Responsibilities

You’ll interact with up to 5 customers at a time using various media channels; those channels may include inbound calls, inbound chats, or outbound calls, as dictated by business need. You will be expected to start by supporting the level 1 queue and quickly enhancing your skillset by supporting more advanced queues. These enhanced skill sets typically take place within 60 days of employment. Further skillset enhancements into second level support may be required based on business needs.

• Locating music, apps, and movies on various devices
• Billing issues
• Fraud management
• Product feature inquiries
• Resolving username and password difficulties
• Troubleshooting email, wi-fi connectivity and web browser issues
• Navigating customers through various apps
• Data back-up, sharing & synchronization troubleshooting
• Verifying proper hardware and software configuration and set up
• Diagnosing and resolving issues including internet connectivity, email, application downloads, and more

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be 18 years or older except where prohibited by law
• Minimum 6 months of customer service experience
• Legal authorization to work in the US
• High speed internet services
