Requirements

1+ year in customer support or a customer-facing technical role.

Strong written and verbal communication (email + live chat daily).

Technical curiosity; APIs or SQL familiarity is a plus.

SaaS or ecommerce platform experience preferred.

Availability aligned to Eastern Time zone (plus occasional on-call/holiday rotation).
Experience & Education
- 1+ years of experience in customer support or a customer-facing technical role

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).
Compensation & Benefits
The expected compensation for this role $50,000 – $61,000/yr. + equity + benefits.
