This Customer Success Manager role is a fully remote, entry-to-mid-career opportunity focused on helping customers adopt, use, and get long-term value from JumpCloud’s platform.

Manage customer relationships, drive product adoption, and ensure long-term customer success for JumpCloud’s cloud-based identity and device management platform.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage relationships with assigned customers, serving as a trusted partner.

  • Guide customers through onboarding, adoption, and ongoing usage of JumpCloud’s products.

  • Identify risks to customer satisfaction and proactively work to resolve issues.

  • Partner cross-functionally with support, sales, and product teams to advocate for customer needs.

  • Track engagement and success metrics to ensure positive customer outcomes

Requirements

  • Experience in customer success, account management, customer support, or a related role.

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple customer relationships in a remote environment.

  • Comfortable learning and explaining technical products to non-technical users.

Experience & Education

  • At least 2 years of customer-facing experience in a SaaS environment (customer success, account management, support, or similar).

  • Technical curiosity or baseline IT familiarity preferred (e.g., identity/access management, authentication, device management, security, or system administration concepts).

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple customer relationships and priorities in parallel.

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required, or equivalent professional experience.

Compensation & Benefits

The expected compensation for this role is $115,000 – $140,000/yr.
