Work-From-Home Case Management Analyst – U.S. Remote – CVS Health
CVS Health is hiring a fully remote Case Management Analyst to support operational analysis and workflow improvement initiatives. This role is open to applicants across the United States and can be performed entirely from home.
About the Role
In this work-from-home position, you’ll support case management operations by reviewing workflows, analyzing data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery and outcomes. Because this is a fully remote role, you’ll need to be comfortable managing your time independently, communicating clearly through digital tools, and staying organized in a distributed team environment.
The posted pay rate is $21.10 – $49.08 per hour. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.

This is a full-time telework position open to candidates in the United States. Schedule for this position is Monday – Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm in the assigned market time zone. The Case Management Coordinator (i.e. CC) utilizes critical thinking and judgment to collaborate and inform the case management process. The Case Management Coordinator facilitates appropriate healthcare outcomes for members by providing assistance with appointment scheduling, identifying and assisting with accessing benefits and education for members through the use of care management tools and resources.
Responsibilities

Analyze case management workflows and operational processes to identify improvement opportunities

Collaborate with cross-functional partners (operations, care coordination, internal stakeholders)

Prepare reports, summaries, and documentation to support data-driven decisions

Track performance metrics and support quality and efficiency initiatives

Communicate findings and recommendations using remote collaboration tools (email, chat, video)
Requirements

Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail

Clear written and verbal communication skills for remote collaboration

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities from home

Proficiency with standard business tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)

Experience in operations, case management support, healthcare services, or a related analytical role is preferred
Experience & Education
