The Customer Service Representative (CSR) serves as a key point of contact for Copart customers, often being the first interaction they have with the company. By developing a thorough understanding of Copart practices, the CSR helps resolve customer needs and deliver a positive service experience. This role will support on-call vehicle release services for BluCar.
Job Responsibilities

Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions and support

Focus on first-call resolution using company resources

Maintain call quality standards related to knowledge, professionalism, and follow-up

Potentially expand duties to include chat and email support

Requirements

One year of customer service or office support experience preferred

High school diploma

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer use

Typing speed of at least 45 WPM

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
