Provide world-class customer and technical support on behalf of VIPdesk Connect clients through phone, chat, email, and SMS in a fully remote U.S.-based role.
Responsibilities

Manage customer requests and interactions via phone, chat, email, and SMS.

Provide troubleshooting and assistance for products and services with empathetic, professional engagement.

Use internal tools to research issues, resolve problems, and escalate complex cases appropriately.

Participate in ongoing training and team collaboration to maintain service quality.

Meet key performance metrics including customer satisfaction and productivity.
Requirements

1+ years of customer service experience.

Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Technical problem-solving ability and willingness to learn new systems.

Comfortable documenting interactions accurately.
Experience & Education

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Prior experience in a virtual contact center environment preferred.

Technical proficiency with desktop platforms and mobile devices.
Compensation & Benefits
The expected compensation for this role is $16.00/hr.
