As the Licensed Customer Service Representative, you will provide inbound insurance customer service support while receiving paid professional training and licensing preparation; handle inquiries about coverage, billing, and policy details, all from a remote setting.
Responsibilities

Answer inbound calls regarding insurance policies and customer questions.

Assist with coverage information, billing inquiries, policy endorsements and modifications.

Manage high call volumes with empathy and accuracy.

Participate in paid training and progress toward state insurance licensing.
Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.

High school diploma or GED equivalent.

1–2 years of relevant work experience.

Strong organizational and communication skills.
Experience & Education

Prior customer service experience preferred; insurance background not required.

Comfortable learning new systems and pursuing licensing coursework.
Compensation & Benefits
The expected compensation for this role is $17.00 – $18.00/hr.
