The Customer Support Specialist role focuses on helping customers resolve product questions and issues through a mix of phone, email, and support ticket systems, working closely with internal teams to find solutions and improve workflows.

This role is fully remote, open to candidates based in the United States, and suited for early-career professionals or career changers who enjoy problem solving, clear communication, and engaging with users to ensure they’re successful with the product.

Respond to customer support inquiries and resolve product issues via phone, email, and support portals.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer support issues and resolve them per SLAs.
  • Communicate professionally with customers and internal teams.
  • Manage inbound communication via telephone, email, and support tickets.
  • Guide customers on product functionality and best practices.
  • Identify common issues and recommend improvements.

Relevant Experience & Skills

  • Associate’s degree preferred (Bachelor’s optional).
  • Experience in a customer-facing role (0–2 years).
  • Basic familiarity with support tools (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk).
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

Compensation & Benefits

The estimated compensation for this role is $21.00 – $23.00/hr. + benefits, including 16 weeks of paid parental leave.
