Responsibilities
- Collect and document medication history information from clinical records and provider responses.
- Validate and reconcile discrepancies in medication lists.
- Communicate with clinical partners as needed for clarification and data accuracy
Relevant Experience & Skills
- Experience with clinical documentation or healthcare data entry preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and electronic health systems is a plus.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; additional healthcare/clinical training preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
The estimated compensation for this role is $17.75 – $25.00/hr. + eligibility to participate in an annual bonus plan.
