Responsibilities
- Build and prioritize a roadmap of operational enhancements to drive impact on key business objectives
- Partner with cross-functional teams like Product, BI, and Ops to align operations with company strategy
- Lead initiatives from discovery through recommendation and implementation
- Develop solutions that improve business processes and scale operational capabilities
Relevant Experience & Skills
- 4–6 years of operational experience, including strategy and analytics
- Strong analytical skills with process improvement expertise
- Experience working cross-functionally with product, business intelligence, engineering, or similar teams
Compensation & Benefits
The estimated compensation for this position is $115,000 – $157,000/yr.
