Responsibilities

Stand up repeatable workflows for creator onboarding
Lead day-to-day program operations
Partner with Legal on contracts and rights
Partner with Accounting for creator payments
Monitor sentiment and performance

Relevant Experience & Skills

4+ years in creator or influencer programs
Experience with multi-creator programs on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube
Strong organization and documentation skills
Clear communication and stakeholder management
Comfort with setting measurable goals

Compensation & Benefits

The estimated compensation for this role is $42.00 – $70.00/hr. (Estimated based on comparable Duolingo contract roles. Actual pay may vary).
