The role focuses on providing live support to members, assisting with service inquiries and benefits.

Responsibilities

Provide live support for incoming member calls.
Assist with registration, scheduling, and appointment management.
Document interactions and ensure accurate member records.
Troubleshoot platform and account issues.
Collaborate with internal and external partners for solutions.
Flexible availability, including weekends, between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM PST.

Relevant Experience & Skills

Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Experience with sensitive information and understanding of HIPAA.
Capability to adapt quickly to workflow changes.
Experience in support roles, either in person or on live calls.

Compensation & Benefits

The estimated compensation for this role is $22.60/hr. + bonus and benefits.
