What Your Day Will Look Like

As a Regional Operations Manager, your day will involve analyzing performance metrics, developing strategic plans, and collaborating with Regional Virtual Medical Directors. You’ll manage databases, oversee staffing and scheduling, and lead national initiatives. The role is centered on enhancing provider performance and patient satisfaction through data-driven insights and innovative solutions.

Responsibilities & Expectations

  • Analyze Performance Metrics: Record, analyze, and monitor performance metrics to identify gaps
  • Create Intervention Plans: Develop plans to address national, regional, and individual gaps
  • Partner with Directors: Collaborate on quarterly priorities and strategic trade-offs
  • Present Insights: Visualize and present data-driven insights to senior leadership
  • Manage Databases: Oversee complex databases of rosters, schedules, and licenses

Relevant Experience & Skills Required

  • Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in a related field
  • Program Management: 3+ years of experience in program or project management
