This is a contract position lasting 4–6 months, with the flexibility of a fully remote work arrangement for candidates based in the United States or Canada. The role is designed to optimize the customer experience journey across Fetch’s mobile and web platforms, aligning with the company’s strategic business goals.
What Your Day Will Look Like
You will lead the discovery process to identify and implement high-value features, working closely with Business Owners and the Engineering team. Your day will involve strategic execution, product operations, and cross-functional orchestration to ensure alignment on project priorities and technical feasibility. The role requires a blend of product management and operations expertise to enhance customer retention and engagement.

Compensation & Benefits
The estimated compensation for this role is $132,000 – $144,000 USD based on experience.
