As a full-time role, the Innovation Operations Manager, Merchant Risk can be based remotely or in a hybrid setup in Brooklyn, NY. Etsy offers flexible work modes to accommodate diverse needs, ensuring a balance between professional and personal life.
What Your Day Will Look Like
Lead the development of risk frameworks and segmentation strategies. Collaborate with Product and Engineering to create scalable tools and ML-powered risk controls. Conduct data analyses to identify risk patterns and inform control designs. Enhance credit risk programs while balancing risk and customer experience.
