As a full-time role, the Senior Onboarding Professional position is fully remote within the U.S., offering flexibility and a standard 40-hour work week. While primarily remote, occasional travel to Humana offices for meetings or training may be required.
What Your Day Will Look Like
Lead and improve the onboarding experience, ensuring smooth integration for new hires. Develop onboarding standards and strategies, collaborate with HR and IT teams, and drive process improvement. Provide strategic guidance and build business cases for change.

Compensation & Benefits
The compensation for this role is $78,400 – $107,800/yr..
