Bicycle Health, a company providing virtual medication assisted treatment for opioid use disorder, has posted a Remote Enrollment Coordinator job to their careers page.

In this role, you would guide and support incoming patients through the enrollment process and help initiate a connection with a provider to receive telemedicine-based treatment. These communications with potential patients are handled via email, SMS, phone and live chat, and you would be providing an overview of the Bicycle Health (BH) treatment model and enrollment process. Other related tasks include verifying insurance coverage, scheduling first appointments, and coordinating with the patient’s care team to help ensure a seamless transition into treatment.

Applicants should have at least one year of administrative experience interacting with patients in a fast-paced healthcare environment; experience working in a call center; experience in insurance verification; strong verbal and written communication skills; and proficiency in using modern technology systems such as Google Sheets, Drive, Calendar as well as using a Mac Laptop and Slack.

The posted pay rate is $20.75 per hour, and the company also offers a comprehensive benefits package.

BH also pays remote workers a $50 per month remote work stipend.

The Enrollment Coordinator plays an instrumental role in displaying compassion and communicating effectively with individuals currently experiencing opioid dependence. Location: Remote

Schedule: Full time (40 hrs) –

  • Wednesday – Friday – 12pm-8:30pm EST, Saturday & Sunday 11am-7:30pm EST
  • Monday-Friday, 12pm-8:30pm EST
  • Monday-Wednesday 12pm-8:30p ET and Sat/Sun 11a-8:30p

Target Pay Range: $20.75 per hour – Compensation to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.

You can expect to:

  • Serve as a first point of contact for individuals interested in reducing opioid use through MAT.
  • Outreach and engage with potential patients via email, SMS, phone and live chat to schedule intake calls with those interested in MAT.
  • Provide a comprehensive overview of Bicycle Health’s treatment model and process for enrolling in our services.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with callers, establish a positive rapport, and make accurate assessment of caller’s inquiry.
  • Conduct phone intakes to collect relevant health information, establish individuals’ goals for treatment and determine eligibility for telemedicine-based treatment services.
  • Verify insurance coverage and schedule first appointments based on provider availability.
  • Register patients and document relevant clinical information within our EHR.
  • Coordinate with the patient’s new care team to ensure a seamless transition into treatment.
  • Update Bicycle Health’s CRM to track patients’ progress throughout the enrollment pipeline and to facilitate outreach efforts.
  • Provide patients with information and referrals for community resources that may support their treatment.
  • Participate in program development efforts and provide input to optimize the enrollment process

Qualities we’re looking for:

  • 1-2 years administrative experience interacting with patients in a fast-paced healthcare environment such as a clinic, hospital, or community health center.
  • Previous experience working in a call center.
  • Experience in insurance verification.
  • Experience using EHRs and CRMs is highly preferred.
  • Prior experience communicating with patients or customers via live chat or messaging platforms.
  • Previous experience working with individuals experiencing substance use dependency preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to a demanding, evolving, and fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in using modern technology systems such as Google Sheets, Drive, Calendar as well as using a Mac Laptop and Slack.

This is a full-time (40hrs per week) remote position.

We’re currently hiring full time Work From Home Agents to join our Support Services Reservations Sales Team to start at the end of November 2025. In this role, you’ll be the voice of our brand, helping customers book reservations while delivering exceptional service and maximizing revenue through effective sales strategies.

  • Paid Virtual Training:
  • 4 weeks, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM CST (attendance required)
  • Includes a 6-hour network login session the Friday before training begins
  • Full Time Schedule:
  • 40 hours/week
  • Start times between 6:30 AM–1:00 PM CST

Responsibilities

  • Handle 80-100 incoming back to back calls daily to book quality reservations for our three brands worldwide
  • Receive and apply feedback from managers to improve call quality
  • Efficiently guide conversations and apply sales techniques to convert calls into reservations
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Strive to meet and exceed monthly personal and department metrics
  • Adhere to a set full time schedule with scheduled breaks and lunches




Qualifications

  • Must currently reside in one of the following states: AL, AR, AZ, FL, GA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, MI, MN, MO, MS, NE, NV, NM, NC, ND, OH, OK, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WV, WI, or WY
  • Must have at least one year of sales experience
  • Must have a minimum of two years of consecutive work experience with one employer
  • Permanent residence with a defined working space that is free of distractions from any background noise including but not limited to sounds from animal/pets, TVs, radios, and children or other adults in the home
  • Working from home is not designed or intended to be a replacement for appropriate adult or child dependent care
  • Must be able to attend virtual mandatory 4-week training and the network login day for up to 6 hours the Friday before the training begins
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
  • Must be at least 18 years old

WFH Technical Qualifications for your home office:

  • Must have a Windows PC (no Chromebooks or MACs) with Windows 11 OS or higher
  • Must have access to a cell phone to validate security information authentication
  • Must have a computer USB headset with microphone
  • Must have a webcam, both built-in and detached webcams are acceptable
  • Must have reliable and consistent high-speed internet access provided by a cable or fiber provider
  • Minimum 10 mbps upload and 100 mbps download
  • Satellite Internet, 5G home Internet/Cellular/Wi-Fi/Hotspot Services (T-Mobile, Verizon) connections are NOT supported
