Amazon’s Customer Engagement Technologies automation team is seeking an ML Data Associate to support data workflows that improve model accuracy and automation capabilities. This role involves owning end-to-end data processes, coordinating with cross-functional teams, mentoring peers, and identifying process improvements. The work directly impacts the performance of Amazon’s machine learning systems.
Key Job Responsibilities

Represent data-based customer and associate behavior to support automation improvements

Support automation solutioning and validate proposed solutions

Deliver project results on schedule while maintaining productivity, quality, and velocity SLAs
-
Own and lead small and mid-sized data workstreams with clear documentation and measurable outcomes

Coordinate with Operations, Policy, and Tech teams on data-driven initiatives

Analyze metrics to guide project decisions and monitor quality and customer feedback

Manage data tools and identify opportunities for enhancement

Mentor peers and support process improvements

Maintain strong documentation and drive consistent stakeholder communication

Proactively identify and implement local process improvements
Requirements

Compensation & Benefits

National base pay range: $40,400–$86,500/year

Colorado base pay range: $44,900–$78,600/year
