In this role, you would handle inbound customer calls related to product orders, e-commerce, parts, and repairs, providing first-level support and resolving service or billing issues. You will maintain customer satisfaction, manage dispute escalations, keep detailed records, and attend training sessions.

Applicants should have at least 3 years of call center or service-related experience in a remote, fast-paced environment. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Suite is required, and SAP experience or bilingual skills (Spanish) are a plus. You must be able to multitask across multiple systems and work mandatory overtime during peak seasons.

The posted pay rate is $18.50 per hour.

The Customer Service Representative provides energetic and reliable service in Movado’s call center by answering inbound calls, resolving customer issues using company policies, and escalating disputes when needed. This position supports customers with product and order inquiries in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities

Provide first-level support and resolve customer service and billing issues.
Answer calls related to product, e-commerce, parts orders, and repair requests.
Maintain customer satisfaction according to company criteria.
Handle dispute escalations following company policies.
Document customer interactions and transactions thoroughly.
Participate in mandatory monthly training and meetings.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of remote call center or customer service experience.
Ability to learn and navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, OneNote.
SAP experience is beneficial but not required.
Bilingual Spanish speakers preferred but not required.
Ability to work mandatory overtime during peak periods.
