For more than 80 years, Kaplan has been a global leader at the intersection of education and technology. Support & Solutions Representatives receive and resolve student and faculty inquiries in a fast-paced call- and web-based operations center and assist with day-to-day administrative operations for Purdue Global students and faculty.
Job Responsibilities

Receive and resolve student and faculty inquiries via phone, chat, and email

Troubleshoot issues related to usernames/passwords, software, hardware, and university platform tools

Identify and document incidents for tracking and escalation

Complete detailed summaries of issues for higher-level support teams

Meet productivity targets, including contact volume, satisfaction scores, and first-call resolution

Solve multiple issues per contact and probe to prevent repeat calls
-
Support internal departments such as Admissions, Education Advising, Financial Aid, Career Services, and Student Relations

Perform additional duties assigned by leadership
Requirements

High School Diploma
-
1+ year of related experience

Experience in an inbound technical support environment

Ability to use Microsoft Office, Windows OS, browsers, and other business applications

Strong customer service skills

Ability to communicate accurate technical information and resolve issues on the first contact

Salary Grade A: $31,200–$78,647, depending on experience, skills, and market data
