Overview
Transcarent and Accolade have joined forces to create a unified health and care experience that provides AI-powered guidance and personalized support. The Care Coordinator will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service and ensuring members successfully navigate their care journeys.
Job Responsibilities

Communicate and follow up with members to ensure understanding of programs and benefits.

Respond to inbound calls using care center tools and processes.

Manage a high-volume caseload efficiently across multiple clients and surgical categories.

Coordinate surgery scheduling and approvals from request through patient placement.

Obtain and maintain demographic, financial, and clinical data, as well as medical records.

Collaborate with providers, clinics, and internal departments to resolve issues and secure pre-authorizations.

Support members in overcoming barriers to accessing care and ensure HIPAA compliance.

Requirements

2–4 years of customer relationship or contact center experience.

Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, data entry, and phone systems.

Healthcare experience and knowledge of medical terminology and claims processes preferred.

Availability to work Monday–Friday, 11:30 a.m.–8:00 p.m. MT.

Compensation & Benefits
