In this role, you would provide product support for a popular tax software program during its busiest season. You’ll take inbound and outbound calls, troubleshoot customer questions, guide users through the software, and offer calm, empathetic support. As an independent contractor, you choose your own schedule — with plenty of hours available between 8:00 AM and 12:00 AM ET, seven days a week.

Applicants should have experience taking calls, the ability to navigate multiple computer systems, strong communication skills, patience, empathy, and a distraction-free work environment. You’ll also need the required equipment and the ability to complete Liveops’ certification and background check process. Speaking of the background check, at just $20 Liveops now has one of the lowest background check fees for Turbo Tax contractors!

The posted pay rate is up to $20/hour, plus a $200 incentive for new agents who meet the client’s tax-season requirements through Tax Day. Additional performance incentives may be announced during the season.
