Job Responsibilities

Remotely host and run wedding livestreams following a detailed timeline

Start, monitor, and coordinate all logistics for virtual events

MC and engage virtual wedding guests

Work independently and delegate tasks when needed

Coordinate with AV team members and onsite contacts for tech setup and troubleshooting

Provide technical assistance to virtual guests

Offer constructive feedback to help improve the client experience

Collaborate with the Wedfuly team to ensure seamless execution of each event
Requirements

Availability to work weekends and holidays

Reliable Apple laptop, fast internet (5 Mbps upload or more), and an external monitor

Strong computer skills and proficiency in MacOS

Comfort using Zoom, Slack, Airtable, Dropbox, Intercom, and G Suite

Ability to work in fast-paced, high-stress environments

Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
