As a member of the Customer Success team, the Community Engagement Specialist plays a key role in supporting Eventeny’s ecosystem of customers and building strong relationships to ensure their events run smoothly. This role involves frequent customer interaction and collaboration with internal teams.
This is a full-time, salaried, fully remote position. The standard schedule is Monday through Friday during business hours (9 a.m.–5 p.m. EST), with occasional nights and weekends required to support live events.
Job Responsibilities

Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude with customers

Communicate with customers via email, phone, virtual meetings, and community forums

Develop deep expertise in the Eventeny platform

Provide creative solutions to customer challenges

Document customer interactions, feedback, and issues

Support onboarding, implementation, and first-event launches

Collaborate with Technical Support and Hardware Operations teams

Create educational resources such as help articles, webinars, and community discussions

Serve as a liaison between customers and internal teams

Occasionally travel to on-site events or conferences

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through conversational support
