U-Haul is a nationwide moving and storage company providing rentals, logistics, and roadside support to customers across the U.S. and Canada.

In this remote, part-time role, you’ll handle roadside assistance requests submitted through the U-Haul mobile app, place outbound calls to customers and service providers, and occasionally take inbound calls. This position is best suited for entry-level to mid-career candidates seeking part-time, supplemental work. Weekend availability is required, with scheduled shifts on both Saturday and Sunday for eight hours each day. Hours vary based on business needs, with shifts scheduled between 10:00 AM and 4:00 AM Arizona time, including holidays. This is a remote U.S. role, excluding CA, WA, and DC.

Job Responsibilities

Handle roadside service requests submitted via the U-Haul app.

Relevant Experience & Skills

Customer service or call-center experience.
Ability to type while talking (40 WPM preferred).
Comfortable navigating multiple computer systems simultaneously.
Familiarity with U.S. and Canada geography and mapping tools.
Windows 11 proficiency.

Compensation & Benefits

The estimated compensation for this role is $17.00/hr.
