This role is responsible for project managing live streams, replays, playlists, highlights, and related metadata for Peacock’s sports offerings. You’ll work cross-functionally with programming, video ops, product, marketing, and support teams to maintain content accuracy and engagement – including writing user-facing copy and optimizing metadata. The position requires flexible availability, including weekends, late nights, and holidays around global sports schedules.
Best suited for mid-level candidates with experience in content operations, live/streaming event publishing, and CMS platforms. Must handle a high volume of fast-paced tasks and adjust priorities in real time.

Curate and operate live/recorded sports content streams and metadata for Peacock’s platform in a 24/7, remote operational role.
Responsibilities
- Manage live event streams, replays, playlists and highlights across Peacock.
- Write and assign user-facing titles, descriptions, and metadata.
- Collaborate with Video Operations, Product, Marketing, and Programming teams.
- Ensure near-24/7 coverage and triage operational incidents as they occur.
- Research and report on sports content performance and processes.
Relevant Experience & Skills
- 1+ years in title operations, publishing, or large-scale editorial/video service work.
- 2+ years experience writing and optimizing metadata.
- Experience with livestream content operations and CMS tools.
- Ability to manage high-volume content pipelines and shifting priorities.
Compensation & Benefits
The estimated compensation for this role is $65,000 – $75,000/yr. + benefits
