The role is fully remote within the U.S. and aligned to West Coast business hours, so it’s a strong fit for candidates who can consistently cover that time zone.
Shifts can start as early as 7am and may go as late as 10pm. Expect to work one weekend day per week.

Provide concierge-style travel booking and coordination services for Velocity Black members, ensuring accurate, high-quality itineraries.
Responsibilities
- Book flights, hotels, vacation homes, car rentals, and other travel components.
- Use Global Distribution Systems (GDS) and online travel tools.
- Communicate with suppliers to secure availability, rates, and details.
- Ensure accuracy across itineraries and travel documentation.
- Deliver consistent, high-quality member support across channels
Relevant Experience & Skills
- Experience in travel coordination, concierge services, or hospitality.
- Familiarity with GDS platforms or professional travel-booking tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple requests.
- Comfort working independently in a remote environment
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 1+ year of travel or booking experience required.
- 2+ years preferred (travel agency, hospitality, concierge, or related).
Compensation & Benefits
The estimated compensation for this role is $66,700 – $76,100/yr.
