Provide inbound customer service for personal auto policies, resolving policy needs and supporting retention for policyholders and agents.
Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound calls on personal lines policies; build rapport and address requests.
- Retain policyholders considering cancellation via listening, negotiation, and policy review.
- Process transactions and interpret policy contracts; recommend coverage enhancements.
- Use de-escalation tactics; escalate issues as appropriate.
- Maintain product/procedure knowledge and complete licensing/continuing education.
Relevant Experience & Skills
- Active P&C Producers insurance license.
- 2+ years related customer service experience.
- Ability to organize/write from varied sources; strong communication.
- Associate’s degree or 1+ year insurance experience preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
The estimated compensation for this role is $47,500 – $69,000/yr.
