According to the company, you will serve as the first line of support by providing accurate information to current and prospective members, providers, and internal customers. The role plays a key part in member retention and offers strong opportunities for growth within the organization.
Job Responsibilities

Respond to a high volume of inbound calls with professionalism, empathy, and accuracy

Use available resources to interpret and resolve inquiries
-
Document all interactions according to departmental standards
-
Apply strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills to challenging calls
-
Collaborate with peers and cross-functional teams to resolve issues
-
Meet or exceed goals for quality, productivity, customer satisfaction, and compliance
-
Assist with additional duties as needed to support the department
Requirements
-
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred
-
Prior professional, customer-facing work experience
-
At least three consecutive years in a previous role preferred
-
Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills
-
Ability to prioritize tasks and make sound decisions based on guidelines
-
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
-
Ability to work from a quiet, secure home workspace with high-speed internet
-
Successful completion of a 60–90 minute competency assessment (must be done on desktop or laptop)

Outstanding professional references
-
Ability to pass a background check
-
Reliable attendance and willingness to work overtime during peak periods

Bilingual skills (Spanish, Portuguese, Haitian Creole, etc.) are highly desirable
