Transcarent & Accolade, a healthcare navigation and care services company, has posted a Remote Outreach Specialist I opening to their careers page.

In this role, you would make outbound calls and take inbound calls to help members engage with healthcare programs, encourage proactive care, educate members on available services, and support coordination with nurses and care teams. You’d document interactions, follow up on requests, and build trust by delivering concierge-level service.

Applicants should have at least two years of inside sales experience, including cold calling, strong communication and documentation abilities, and the ability to navigate multiple computer systems. Experience in a call center or fast-paced environment is preferred.

The posted pay rate is $19.45 – $21.50 per hour.

The company is hiring remote across the U.S.

Role Overview

As an Outreach Specialist I, you will help get members engaged with Accolade and enrolled in targeted programs. You will educate members about available services and support them in accessing the right care at the right time while delivering a high-quality member experience.

A Day in the Life

Manage 100+ outbound and inbound calls
Communicate effectively to motivate members to use services
Collect member history and triage to the appropriate nurse
Collaborate with integrated care teams
Deliver concierge-level service and build rapport
Communicate the benefits and value of services
Maintain accurate notes and follow up on requests
Meet personal and team performance goals

What We Are Looking For

2 years of inside sales experience required
Cold calling experience required
Ability to navigate multiple technology platforms
Call center or fast-paced environment experience preferred
Strong phone, communication, and documentation skills
Time management, attention to detail, professionalism, and adaptability
Customer service and critical thinking skills
Ability to manage changing priorities and personality types

Schedule & Work Environment

Full-time
Monday – Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. CST
Remote position operating in a professional virtual office environment

Compensation

Hourly rate: $19.45 – $21.50
Compensation varies based on location, experience, and internal equity
Eligible for bonus program and stock options
