In this Auto Telephone Claims Representative role, you’ll manage auto insurance claims from start to resolution, speaking directly with customers, reviewing coverage, and determining next steps. The work is structured, training is provided, and clear guidelines are in place. This role is fully remote and open to U.S.-based candidates.
This job is best suited for entry- to mid-career candidates who are comfortable on the phone, detail-oriented, and interested in learning insurance claims handling.

Investigate and resolve auto insurance claims by phone while guiding customers through the claims process.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound phone calls related to auto insurance claims.
- Review facts of loss, coverage, and policy details.
- Determine liability and damages within assigned authority.
- Communicate claim decisions and next steps to customers.
- Document claim activity accurately in internal systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners as needed
Relevant Experience & Skills
- Customer service or claims experience preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases in a structured environment.
- Comfort working with computers and claims systems.
- Insurance or call-center experience helpful but not required
Compensation & Benefits
The estimated compensation for this role is experience based as follows:
- Adjuster Analyst II: $47,500.00 – $61,600.00
- Adjuster Analyst III: $50,000.00 – $65,300.00
- Adjuster Cons I: $53,500.00 – $77,800.00
- Adjuster Cons II: $56,000.00 – $82,500.00
- Adjuster Sr. Cons I: $68,500.00 – $104,100.00
