This role sits in IT Foundations and leads complex Go-to-Market (GTM) systems programs that directly affect how Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and RevOps operate across the lead-to-cash lifecycle.

You’ll run end-to-end delivery across revenue platforms like Salesforce, Marketo, Gong, and Outreach – setting governance, building executive-ready artifacts (charters, roadmaps, KPI dashboards), managing dependencies and risk, and translating GTM strategy into measurable outcomes. This role is best suited for a senior IT/enterprise systems PM (7+ years) who’s operated in SaaS or high-growth environments and can drive alignment across IT, Finance, and GTM leadership.

Responsibilities

Lead GTM-focused IT initiatives across Salesforce, Marketo, Gong, Outreach, and other revenue platforms.
Establish program governance across IT, RevOps, Finance, and GTM stakeholders.
Build executive PMO artifacts (charters, roadmaps, KPI dashboards, steering updates).
Translate strategic objectives into project plans, success metrics, and outcomes.
Manage dependencies, risks, and blockers across multiple workstreams.
Improve IT PMO + GTM systems delivery processes; support portfolio prioritization
Mentor junior PMs and program contributors.

Relevant Experience & Skills

7+ years enterprise/IT systems project management focused on GTM, Sales, or Revenue Operations systems.
Large-scale cross-functional program delivery across multiple tools/platforms.
GTM process fluency: lead-to-cash, customer lifecycle, pipeline analytics, data flow.
Executive-ready communication; alignment without authority.
Budget/vendor/system integrator management in SaaS or high-growth environments.
Agile + Waterfall; familiarity with ITIL/Lean/Six Sigma (mentioned as familiarity).
PMP / PgMP / PMI-ACP preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

The estimated compensation for this role is $142,000 – $228,000/yr. + benefits (Base pay range varies by geographic zone).
